(Taken from Jesus' Sermon on the Mount)
You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make
it useful again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the
light of the world - like a city on a mountain, glowing in the night for all to see. Don't hide
your light under a basket! Instead, put it on a stand and let it shine for all. In the same
way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly
Father." Matthew 5:13-16
Be the exception rather than the worldly rule... Be the example of God's love in your life.
Don't just say, "I'm blessed!"... live a life showing, "I'm blessed!"
Be a blessing to God's kingdom-building here on earth. Let your life shine!

| SHARE WORDS OF WISDOM... Don't follow my lead. Learn from my mistakes. Don't try to be like me. Instead, become better than I ever could have been. Don't sing the way I sing. Create your own style I that would make people say, "Belinda who?" Don't want what I want. Set your sights higher that I ever could have reached. Don't worship and praise me. Worship and praise the One who can make you better and stronger than me. Don't make me an icon. Become an icon that the world can click on to and get better amazing results. Don't sell yourself short. You are only as tall as you can think . Don't forget me, though. I'm the one who will always cheer YOU on, encouraging you to do more, be better and think higher. Who am I? "I'm just one body tryin' to tell everybody about SOMEBODY who can save everybody!" I am a child of God. |
